England Hockey GMS

Registration required

IMPORTANT NOTICE that ALL players are required to sign up to England Hockey's new GMS (Game Management System)

This is required for captains to be able to select you via the GMS for league match sheets.
If you are not registered onto the GMS, you will not be seen on the system and therefore cannot play...so it is in your interest!

Please read the below carefully and register as a player ASAP!

1) Go to https://gms.englandhockey.co.uk and click ‘Register’

2) Select ‘PLAYER’, add your details and select your club (GET THIS RIGHT!)

3) You’ll get a code sent so you can proceed

4) Complete your full profile

5) Wait for approval from your club

Those under 18 will need to be registered by a parent/guardian. and have a slightly different format:

1) Go to https://gms.englandhockey.co.uk and click ‘Register’

2) Select ‘PARENT’, add your details, select your club (GET THIS RIGHT!)

3) You’ll get a code sent so you can proceed

4) Complete your full profile including the details of your players

5) Wait for approval from your club
(Note that when players are 18 full profiles can be created and transferred to player)

Minehead Mens AGM

Minehead Mens Hockey AGM is to be held on Wednesday 02/09/20 at Minehead & District Social Club, all are invited to attend although numbers will be limited to 30 members, in order to adhere to social distancing. Places will be on a first come first served basis.

AGM starts at 7:30pm please arrive early so we can start promptly at 7:30.

MMHC - Signing on night & BBQ

With the upcoming season just around the corner the committee have arranged a sign-on night to get the club together and get people registered to play.

The evening is open to all, so invite and bring along family and friends for a game of rounders / quick cricket, a BBQ and a few drinks at Minehead Cricket Club (next to the pitch at West Somerset College).

Subscriptions & Kit information:

We have been working hard and thanks to sponsorship we are able to reduce the subscriptions for the upcoming season back to £60 for adults and FOC for Under 18's.

Subscriptions this year will include all training sessions, as well as personal injury insurance (You need to be a member to take advantage of this).

We are also ordering new sponsored kits and can offer these at
£15 - Shirt
£30 - Shirt, Shorts and Socks
(if ordered with subscription payment before the club order date of 16/09/19)

If kit is ordered after the initial club order the cost will go up to
£24 - Shirt
£42 - Shirt, Shorts and Socks

For information
Match fees this year will be as follows
Senior members - £7/match
U18 members - £3/match
Non-members - £10/match
